Lysimachos son of Ptolemaios was also honoured in a later decree of the Dionysiac Artists ( OGIS_51 ), by which time he had acquired the title of "prytanis for life".

It was resolved by the council and the people, as recommended [by the prytaneis]: since Lysimachos of the Sostrateus tribe, the son of Ptolemaios, who has acted as secretary to the council for the tenth year, has managed the of [his office] in a manner worthy of the city; both privately with each of [the] citizens and publicly in his affairs he has continually provided . . .
