This is one of several inscriptions found at Lagina that refer to a city called Koaranza or Koarenda, which was clearly situated there or nearby. For a similar inscription, see Syll_311.

In the sixth year of the reign of Philippos, in the month of Dios, when Asandros was satrap, and the archons were Hyssollos son of Arrissis and Obrokas son of Malosōos, it was resolved by the Koaranzians, in full assembly with the sacred heralds: since Konon son of Poseidippos has acted with nobleness and goodwill towards the city of Koaranza, he and his descendants shall be granted citizenship and the right to own land . . .
