Original text: PPetr iii.104
Date: 242 B.C.
To Achoapis. Concerning the holding of Alcetas, one of the prisoners from Asia, in the area of Psinarpsenesis, which has been confiscated to the Crown after the sowing of the 4th year, Apollonius the keeper of the contract has submitted to us a contract which he said that Alcetas had made with Heliodorus the cultivator of the holding for a fixed rent of 30 artabae of wheat, and they have signed the customary oath that it has been leased for this amount. Therefore let the above-mentioned rent be measured out to the Crown.
