In the eleventh year of [the reign] of Ptolemaios son of Ptolemaios, [in the month of] . . ., in full assembly, it was resolved by the people of Lissa: since Agepolis of Rhodes, the son of Lampon, has acted nobly towards the people of Lissa, providing assistance both publicly and privately to each citizen; it is resolved by the people of Lissa to crown Agepolis with a wreath of olive, on account of his virtue and the goodwill which he continually shows towards the people of Lissa; and to grant citizenship to him and his descendants, and freedom from taxes on all goods, to whichever place [he transports them]. This decree shall be inscribed on [a stone stele] in front of the (?) gates. The persons in authority {ephestēkotes} shall complete [this] . . .
