It was not unusual for the cult of the Ptolemaic rulers to be introduced alongside the Egyptian god Sarapis; see S.Pfeiffer, in "Ptolemy II Philadelphus and his World", page 402 ( Google Books ).


With good fortune, on behalf of [king] Ptolemaios, son of [king Ptolemaios] the Saviour god; . . . son of Chairemon, neopoiēs, founded this temple for Sarapis, Isis and Arsinoē [Philadelphos].
