The temple of Soknopaios and Isis Nepherses was an important temple in the Egyptian village of Soknopaiou Nesos, which was built in the early Ptolemaic period; for a description of the archaeological remains, see P.Davoli, "The Temple of Soknopaios and Isis Nepherses at Soknopaiou Nesos, El-Fayyum" ( academia.edu ).

On behalf of king Ptolemaios also called Alexandros, the god Philometor; Apollonios son of Ischyrion, the secretary of Pantaleon, who is one of those with equal honour to the kinsmen and is steward of the corn revenues in the division of Herakleides in the 18th year, arranged the donation by himself and by those who do business under them in the division, of 182½ artabas of wheat, starting from the beginning of Thoth in the 19th year, and for each year in the future, to the bakery for Soknopaios and Isis Nepherses, the very great gods.
