Inscription B, which was not included by Dittenberger, shows that the donations of Philetairos at Thespiai were not restricted to the sanctuary of the Muses.


[A]   [Boundary] of the [sacred] land, which Philetairos of Pergamon, the son of Attalos, dedicated to be sacred to the Muses and the college of Philetairian sacrificers, for all time.

[B]   Philetairos of Pergamon, the son of Attalos, dedicated this land for the production of oil for anointing, to be sacred to Hermes for all time.
