This inscription is clearly incomplete, and because it has no certain provenance, almost everything about it is uncertain. In recent studies, it is usually associated with a stela held in London, BM EA 190; there is a German translation online in TLA.

When you enter the dwelling-place of the Osiris, the god's father and servant of Min lord of the sn.wt sanctuary, Wennefer, justified, born of Tantamun, justified, the mouth of any male snake, any female snake, any scorpion, any reptile that bites with its mouth, that stings with its tail, will be closed. You will kill them. It is the arms of Rê, it is the arms of Horus, it is the arms of Thoth, it is the arms of the Great Ennead, it is the arms of the Little Ennead that will kill their enemies through you. You will injure their heads in your name of 'Het'. You will open your mouth against them in your name of 'mouth-opener'. You will devour them in your name of 'devourer'. You will grind their bodies when some snake comes forth at its time, in your name of 'grinder'. Oh radiant eye of Horus that has come forth from the earth 'that-which-strikes-the-enemies-of-Horus' is its name - may it protect its Horus from the followers of Seth ! You will close the mouth of any male snake, any female snake, any scorpion, any reptile. They will not enter the dwelling-place of the Osiris, the god's father and servant of Min lord of sn.wt sanctuary, Wennefer, justified, born of Tantamun, justified. The heat of your flame will be directed against them; you will kill them, they will die from your grimness.
Words to be recited over garlic, ground and mixed together with beer. To sprinkle the house with it in the night, before daybreak. No male snake, female snake, scorpion or any other reptile will enter this house.
