The identity of the Egyptian god Premarres, who is mentioned in this inscription, is discussed by H.M.Jackson, "A New Proposal for the Origin of the Hermetic God Poimandres", pp. 99-101 ( PDF ). He notes that there is another inscription, from the same place and the same year, that mentions 'the great god Pramarres' ( IFayoum_1.6 - Greek text). Isis Sononais (or Snonais) was a cult of the goddess Isis in the Faiyum; see for instance THI_4.
